The name KŌMO comes from the Hawaiian word meaning to enter or to come in. We chose it intentionally, as it reflects the moment that matters most in real estate — when a buyer walks through the door and begins to imagine their life in the space. That sense of arrival, comfort, and connection is at the heart of our work.
Based out of Kapolei, Hawaii on O‘ahu, we specialize in modern, inviting staging for vacant residential properties. Our design approach blends clean, contemporary styling with subtle island influences to create interiors that feel warm, elevated, and never overdone — allowing buyers to connect emotionally the moment they step inside.
Our lead stagers are professionally trained and certified through Staging Studio, a nationally recognized home staging education and certification program. We are also licensed and fully insured, and proudly affiliated with RESA® (Real Estate Staging Association), the leading professional organization for home staging professionals. These credentials ensure our work is not only beautiful, but strategic, ethical, and grounded in industry best practices.
We provide full-service home staging for condos, townhomes, single-family homes, and luxury listings, partnering closely with real estate agents and sellers. Our services include design planning, curated furnishings and décor, professional installation, quality control, and destaging — all handled by our in-house team for a seamless experience.
