Frequently asked questions
Yes! We provide staging services for any O'ahu based realtors and we will travel to any area of the island.
Our staging services are customized for each property and its target buyer demographic. Pricing varies based on the scope and goals of each project. To receive a tailored estimate, please complete our Request an Estimate (https://www.komohomestaging.com/estimate)form.
We do not install our staging inventory in occupied homes. However, we offer occupied home staging consultations for sellers who plan to live in the home while it is on the market. These consultations include a detailed, room-by-room preparation report with actionable recommendations, as well as optional hands-on services to help implement the plan and prepare the home for listing photos.
KŌMO HOME STAGING is a division of Householder Enterprises LLC, which is licensed through the State of Hawaii DCCA and insured through VillaNova Insurance Partners. COI can be provided if requested.

Before Staging
Because the majority of our work occurs prior to installation day, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your staging date. Once booked, our team begins developing a customized staging plan tailored to your property and target buyer pool.
Prior to Installation Day
• Home must be clean and completely vacant
• All construction or renovation work must be completed
• Electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning must be operational
• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling to avoid fees (new dates subject to availability)
Staging Day
• For logistics and liability reasons, only our staging team may be present during installation
• We will provide a one-hour completion notice for an in-person or virtual walkthrough
• The remaining 75% balance is due prior to our team leaving the property
While on the Market
• Homes staged with our inventory must remain vacant, except for showings, throughout the listing period
After the Home is Sold
• Congratulations!
• Please provide at least 10 days’ notice to schedule destaging
• We recommend destaging after appraisal and just before the final walkthrough
• During destage, our team will spackle artwork holes and touch up paint if labeled paint is provided
